LECTURE: 

To the point, honest, serious, entertaining. Who wouldn't want that: to always be high-performing and successful at work, have a good relationship, be perfect parents and a great friend while still being healthy and looking good? These are not exactly the lowest demands on us, but they are all perfectly feasible if you not only recognise that everything depends on mental and physical health, but also know how to maintain or achieve it.

COUNSELLING:

My goal is your well-being and your health. 

Away from medication, towards more well-being, health and freedom.After analysing your current nutritional status, I will give you tips on how to become healthier or maintain your health.

COACHING:

My coaching will show you how you can improve your health and well-being by making conscious nutritional choices that are tailored to your needs and goals. I will accompany you on your way to your goal.
